The Challenge
Just before the holiday break, a PR agency client requested a completely custom healthcare trade show booth that needed to be designed, produced, programmed, and installed within three months. The requested experience included a substantial list of physical and digital components, including large-format environmental graphics, augmented reality, interactive patient stories, live social media content, video, hospitality space, and on-site technical support, all of which needed to function together within a compact 10 × 20-foot footprint and a fixed budget.
The Solution
We developed a unified exhibit experience built around rich blue dye-sublimated fabric walls, clear spatial organization, and a coordinated system of physical and digital touchpoints. Visitors could use mini iPads to scan locations on a large world map and reveal augmented reality content, explore patient stories through interactive tablet stations, watch a continuous video presentation, and follow live campaign activity through a dedicated Twitter wall. A central coffee bar encouraged visitors to remain in the space, while integrated lighting, display hardware, custom counters, and on-site audiovisual support ensured that every part of the booth operated as a cohesive experience.
The Deliverable
Custom 10 × 20-foot trade show booth with environmental graphics, augmented reality, interactive tablet stations, video, live social media content, and installation
The Outcome
The completed booth was designed, produced, programmed, and installed within the three-month schedule and remained within the approved budget. The final environment delivered every major item on the client’s original wish list, combining large-format graphics, augmented reality, interactive storytelling, live social content, video, and hospitality in one polished and functional exhibit. After seeing the completed installation, the client said that the team had “climbed Mount Everest” by fulfilling the full scope on time and on budget.
